Registration: You need to register to be able to use the Meeting Room. The registration process has been kept as simple as possible. 

  1. Click on the “register” beside the “Lost password” under the Login button.
  2. Enter the symbols to verify your registration is not a spam.
  3. Your password would be sent to your email address instantaneously.
  4. The screen will default to a login page.
  5. Check your email for your password
  6. Enter your username and password to login.

The Meeting Room Menu

  1. Activity:  This is where you are able to exchange views on issues with other meeting room users who are your friends. You can request for friends on the “Friends” forum by clicking on the meeting room drop down
  2.  Profile:  This is you private page. You would see “edit” under your photo/Avatar. Click on it to take you to the settings page where you can set up your profile as you would like users to see it and change your password to what you can easily remember.
  3.  Friends: This contains the list of all available people you can add as friends. Of course, they would either accept or reject your request.
  4. Friends Requests:  This page contains all friends requests you have made that have not yet been considered by the users.
  5. Settings: This is where you can set up your profile, privacy and the notification settings.
