Re: Is there a ghost following her?

The following is a reply to the Childminder cry for help to get rid of the ghost haunting her room:
Sounds like your room could use a spiritual cleansing to me. Let in as much light as possible. If it is warm enough, open the windows wide and let the airflow through it. Things tend to get stale in the winter.
Personally for cleansing I use frankincense. You can buy it at a catholic supply store in your area. I get mine from amazon.com, I buy it in sticks, but the angels tell me the resin is stronger (it is more pure). Just set it in the room and let it burn. The smoke will go where it is needed. You can also do a Native American smudge, which is what most people will suggest, but frankincense is stronger and less smoky.
The fear, I loathe to say this, I am not one to suggest to people that they are psychic, but if your mum and grandma are sensitive, there is a chance you are too. In addition, I say this because I keep thinking that your fear is someone else’s. That you might be seeing through someone else’s eyes. Perhaps, the person whose room that used to be. I think you are picking up residual energy.
Do not be afraid. What I am sensing in your home feels like emptiness. There is actually nothing in your home. It is all residual (leftover) energy. Julia, I cannot tell if she even exists, but do not fear her either, because I do not feel she is anybody TO be afraid OF. I am feeling absolutely nothing in regards to this her, so if she is even real, she is harmless. They cannot hurt you. Tell yourself that and believe it, because what is getting to you is the fear. Been there, done that. Fear feeds upon itself and can make you positive something bad is happening when really all it is the fear talking.
Cleanse the room and see if that helps, because all I am getting is bad energy, thick, heavy energy.
What you could do in the mean time… call on Archangel Michael to come watch over and protect you while you sleep. Ask aloud, in any words. I was going to ask him on your behalf, but I am told the request needs to come from you (because they need your permission before they can act on your behalf).
The Childminder was happy with the response and wrote the following reply:
Thank you giving me an in-depth insight into spirits and Julia. I will take your advice because I really believe this is not in my head. I will pray for Archangel Michael tonight and I will cleanse my house as soon as I can. Thank you so much. You have helped so much and thank god somebody finally realises this is not all in my head! I went into my room earlier and asked whatever was in there to please leave but the feeling of fury was still there. In addition, I never knew 3am was the time of the devil, how strange.
If the Childminder is happy with the sort of spiritual cleansing and advise she was given by someone who claimed to be an expert psychic, I am not going to argue with that. But I have my reservation about the conduct of self-acclaimed psychics that take advantage of people who are psychologically distressed.
Over the years many people have reported seeing Ghosts, lived in Haunted Houses and being scared by a mischievous spooks. Sightings of the unexplained paranormal kind have been documented throughout history in many formats. So following years off so-called “true accounts” we ask, “Do they exist”, that’s Ghosts, Ghouls and Hauntings.
Sceptics will always say that these sightings and accounts, relating to the paranormal are figments of the human mind, hallucinations of peoples over active imaginations. They will maintain that unless they have concrete proof they will not and cannot accept the existence of so called Ghosts, Ghouls and Hauntings. Concrete proof that means solid doesn’t it? You would ask are the accounts of millions of people, from all walks of life not proof enough? These accounts/recordings have been documented in many ways, shapes and forms throughout the whole of history.
Bringing reporting up to date, in the UK alone, there are on average over 200 reported sightings a year. Whether they are recorded in a picture, included in some old diaries, repeated in ghost stories or on a forum from of the many Paranormal Event Companies, there has to be some truth in it. Not everybody is disillusioned with wild imaginations, are they? I have not had any experiences that have left me shaken up, and convinced that ghosts do exist.
I have not witnessed things that cannot be scientifically proved. However, if you tell me that a 17 stone man was sitting on the table and the table floated in the air and the incident was witnessed by 4 other people, yes that’s spooky. There was a reported incident like that in a church claimed to be renowned for being haunted, and was said to have been witnessed by 6 people. Were they all imagining the same thing or there is some sort of cover up? Was that an interaction of ghostly energies? In the same haunted church, the Ghoulish apparition of a demonic looking preacher also was witnessed.
Ghosts, do they exist? Well I say the jury is still out!
